Cookie Policy

Effective date: 24/06/2026

1. What Are Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser, typically used to remember information between visits to a website. "Local storage" is a similar but distinct browser technology that some modern web apps — including Mythic Forge — use instead of cookies for certain features, because it keeps data on your device only, without sending it back to any server.

2. Cookies Used on Our Checkout Pages

Our sales and checkout pages, hosted on Systeme.io, may set cookies required to process your order securely (for example, session and payment-related cookies set by Systeme.io and Stripe). These are strictly necessary for the checkout to function and cannot be disabled if you wish to complete a purchase.

ProviderPurposeType

StripeSecure payment processing, fraud preventionStrictly necessary

3. Local Storage Used Inside the App

The Mythic Forge application itself does not set cookies. Instead, it uses your browser's local storage, entirely on your device, for the following optional features:

  • Language preference — remembers whether you last used the app in English or Italian.
  • API keys ("Remember my API keys") — only if you explicitly tick this option, your Replicate/OpenAI API key is kept in your browser so you don't need to re-enter it each visit. You can clear this at any time by unchecking the option or clearing your browser data.
  • Saved prompt history — lets you revisit prompts you've previously generated and chosen to save.

None of this local storage data is ever transmitted to our servers — it stays on your device until you clear it.

4. Third-Party Resource Loading

Like most modern websites, our pages load some resources directly from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs), such as Google Fonts (for typefaces) and jsDelivr (for icon libraries). Loading these resources may share basic technical information, such as your IP address, with those providers, as a standard side effect of how web browsers fetch external assets — this is not something we control or use for tracking.

5. Managing Cookies & Local Storage

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions. You can clear local storage data for our app by clearing your browser's site data for our domain, or by using the in-app controls (such as unchecking "Remember my API keys").

6. Changes to This Policy

If we add new tools that use cookies (for example, analytics or marketing pixels), we will update this policy accordingly and revise the effective date above.

7. Ownership of Generated Content

You own the text and images you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider you used to generate them. We claim no ownership over your generated content. We retain all rights to the Service itself — its code, design, and underlying templates.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated output can be unpredictable by nature.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to costs incurred with third-party AI providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access.

10. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service (including adding new modules or features) and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
