These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Mythic Forge ("the Service"), a digital tool published by Zanklea Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing access to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.
Mythic Forge is a browser-based tool that generates fantasy text content (characters, maps, items, monsters, factions and quests) and, optionally, AI-generated images based on that content. Purchasing access grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or commercial creative projects, subject to these Terms.
Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider (Systeme.io, using Stripe or another supported payment processor). Upon successful payment, you receive a direct link to access the Service. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
To generate images, the Service requires you to connect your own account with a third-party AI image provider (such as Replicate or OpenAI) using your own API key. Any costs charged by those providers for image generation are your sole responsibility and are entirely separate from your purchase of Mythic Forge. We are not a party to your agreement with those providers and are not responsible for their pricing, availability, output, or policies.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because Mythic Forge is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, you acknowledge and agree that by completing your purchase and accessing the Service, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You own the text and images you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider you used to generate them. We claim no ownership over your generated content. We retain all rights to the Service itself — its code, design, and underlying templates.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations. AI-generated output can be unpredictable by nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to costs incurred with third-party AI providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We may update the Service (including adding new modules or features) and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
